Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Tall modern building, ultra fast yet silent elevators (4). Breakfast on 24th floor, lounge on 25th. Exceptional view to Sant Marti and see. Breakfast really good, from pastries to Spanish cheeses and chorizos to show cooking with eggs Benedict and custom omelettes to sweets and good coffee - everything you need to start the touristic day in Barcelona. Quiet room with no noise coming from the city. Beds and pillows very good (I am sensitive to pillows but these were great). Rituals bathroom products are nice touch. Big TV screen easy to connect to a mobile phone. Heavy curtains to block the morning light (if you, like me, prefer it that way). Polite and friendly staff.

Great hotel, we were offered to upgrade room for bigger, and this was great advise!! Absolutely loved how helpful was staff and how they were able to support in any query. Will come back there for sure!!!

The hotel is very clean, the staff is really nice. Breakfast is decently diverse although it would be nice to have some fresh vegetables available.

We stayed on Floor 26 - we had a complementary free bar and snacks throughout the day. From 5.30-7pm we enjoyed mixers, alcohol, beers and more food which was amazing! The staff were fantastic, very friendly and couldn’t do more to help us. We had 30 free minutes at the spa, both my partner and I also had a massage which was great. The Metro was a 5 minute walk away and the tram was right outside which was perfect.

The hole experience was Excellent , Staff were very helpful , Breakfast choices were excellent , Open Buffet 9am -6pm was free good selection of food , drinks, appetizers to choose from. Transport links from the Hotel were very good all within walking distance ie Tram and Buses very good . Metro link were not to far either. Hotel is located near shopping areas so a good choice of eateries, tapas bars still available if you decide not to go into Central Barcelona . To summarise this was excellent experience.

Great hotel and staff were very kind & friendly, EMMA welcomed us in our stay she was very polite & helpful. The facilities are perfect and too many things to do, location is quite nice in a quiet area in Barcelona. They is an open buffet on the 25th floor which was nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your family or friends staying.

The level is the 5 star part of the hotel with the top floors included in it. The best part is that there is food and drink available free at the snack bar through the day making it almost all inclusive.
